James has spent 10 years in commercial property, working in hospitality, sales, construction and financial analysis. With a background in Project and Change Management, James has led the direction and development of Pitch4 Finance since 2018. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner, he is a strong proponent of Agile methodology.
James believes that without transparency, statistics and data, people and organisations are unable to educate themselves properly when it comes to financial decisions or planning.

Miranda has worked in debt structuring for over 15 years. She has been a partner of a FTSE 100 wealth management company and has brokered over £1bn of structured debt, equity and mezzanine solutions.
Miranda is a great proponent of the importance of technology in finance and the need to provide easy to understand client solutions. She has been nominated for a number of industry awards and sits on the executive committee for the Financial Intermediary and Broker Association and previously the Association of bridging Professionals.
She has a full financial advisory background and is a qualified and certified financial planner as well as an alumnae of Said Business School’s fintech programme.
Anthony served as an Infantry officer in the British Army in Kenya, London District and Northern Ireland. In his late twenties he became a bond salesman and trader at Swiss Bank Corporation and Bank of America.
After 13 years at BNP Paribas as Head of Financial Institutions Debt Capital Markets for Europe and raising senior debt for European Banks and Insurance companies.
In late 2012 he set up and ran Wellesley & Co, lending to Property Developers. By mid 2015 it had just over £200m of retail investments and loans.
Anthony works alongside Yellow Stone Finance Group Ltd arranging financing for all variety of property related projects.
Meet the team
With over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, Dasoulla started working as Practice Manager at City Financial Mortgages and then moved to at St. James Place Wealth Management.
Dasoulla has a thorough knowledge of the industry and is responsible for overseeing the administrative side of the business. Dasoulla manages and directs all client enquiries and administrative duties. Client relations and delivery of service are key responsibilities that Dasoulla sets as high priority.
Joseph has a colourful career history and started out in Luxury Hotels as an Operations Manager before becoming a Sales and Marketing Director. After numerous successful hotel projects, turning suffering properties into profitable entities, Joseph helped setup and run a successful city catering firm.
At Yellow Stone Finance, Joseph takes care of the sales and marketing function as well as building and managing lender relationships.
Mat started his career in the recruitment sector, mainly focusing on financial services and technology roles. He successfully recruited senior staff for large corporations at Director level and above.
After 12 years in recruitment he set up and ran a property development company, building houses on several projects for over 5 years. During this time he became fascinated by the lending world and built knowledge of how to raise finance.
In 2019, Mat joined Yellow Stone Finance as a Business Development Executive to manage new and existing client relations. Mat's primary focus is on helping clients raise any sort of commercial debt required.
Mike has spent the majority of his professional life in the mortgage and finance industry. He has had a varied career and brings 20 years sales experience and knowledge of all areas of property finance including residential mortgages & loans, commercial property and development finance.
After starting out in telesales for a local broker in South Manchester, he got an appetite for the industry and has worked his way through the sector, becoming a broker himself, working for a major lender and spending time in India setting up marketing campaigns.
Mike’s wealth of knowledge and experience has led to his appointment as Head of Sales for Yellow Stone Finance where he is charged with overseeing the business development team and overall growth of the firm.
A highly experienced property developer with an entrepreneurial focus, Josh began his career in 2000, working as an executive head-hunter into the financial services sector, successfully recruiting Director and MD level individuals into tier one investment banks.
In 2014, Josh started his own property development company, building houses in London, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. Acting as main contractor and project manager for these developments, Josh has strong experience of delivering housing projects from inception through to completion, delivering on time and to budget with GDV’s up to £5m per site.
Utilising his property development expertise, Josh joined Yellow Stone Finance Group, and is responsible for arranging financing for all variety of property related projects and business financing.
Alex comes from a recruitment and customer service background, and is committed to providing quality administrative and client service support to Yellow Stone's clients.
She is a recent Psychology graduate, with first-class honours from Royal Holloway and is currently completing an MSc in Organisational Psychology.
Alex directly supports Miranda in overseeing the administrative processes and responds to client enquiries, as well as creating engaging marketing content for both Yellow Stone Finance and Pitch 4 Finance.
